This three-storey, stone-built presbytery is set in some three acres of lawn and young oak and pine trees with great views. It is part of the tiny hamlet of Cussac, just 5 kms from Le Buisson, a small market town, 35 minutes drive from Bergerac airport. 

    • Tastefully furnished throughout, this four-bedroomed family house sleeps up to 7 people with two double rooms, one with en-suite shower room and a master bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet on the first floor plus a choice of two twin rooms on the top floor. There is a separate toilet also on the ground floor. A stone outbuilding houses the laundry, the pool equipment and garden furniture. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and satellite TV receiving all main BBC and ITV channels plus Hi-Fi. Free Wireless Internet is provided. In winter, there is full central heating and the house is double-glazed plus you can enjoy a roaring log fire. There is also a full-sized Table tennis.

    • Cussac is a tiny picturesque hamlet of just a few houses clustered around the medieval church. It is set in a lush green landscape surrounded by forest. The abbey and village of Cadouin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just 40 minutes walk through the woods and nearby Le Buisson is a charming market town at the centre of the Perigord Noir, famous for the chateaux of Montfort, Beynac, Castenaud and Les Milandes, the prehistoric cave paintings of Les Eyzies and Lascaux and the Dordogne river. There are many excellent restaurants in the vicinity where you can sample the gastronomic delights for which this region is famous.
