How to get to the area by 'plane or car

Note: It is quite essential you have a car to discover the area and use the local amenities fully.

One recommended route, which takes around 9 hours of driving from Calais, is via Paris then follow the A20 Autoroute to LIMOGES to Exit 55 and then the A20 into Souillac and the Dordogne valley road D703 through la Roque Gageac, Beynac, St. Cyprien, Siorac-en-Perigord to Le Buisson. Alternatively, leave the A20 at Limoges and follow the signs to PERIGUEUX. Then take the N21 straight to Perigueux. Before entering the town, turn left at Trélissac and follow the D710 to Le Bugue and then the road to Le Buisson.
